September 2027: Try the new [Pre-Response Check] Claude skill.

1. Download pre-response-check.zip here.
2. In Claude, go to Settings → Skills (under Customise), click Add, and upload the ZIP you just downloaded.
3. Turn the skill on.
4. Test it. When you input a prompt for Claude, the reply should open with a short [PRE-RESPONSE CHECK: ...] header. If it doesn't, ask it directly to "Run the Pre-Response Check".

Caveat: It is not possible to ensure Claude will run the skill.
